What You'll do: As a workplace relations expert, you'll be the cornerstone of support for our clients—small to medium enterprises across key industries. You’ll: Deliver high-quality, solution-oriented HR/ER advice, primarily over the phone and email. Address queries on disciplinary actions, performance management, workplace investigations, terminations, and legislation compliance. Work with like-minded and experienced individuals as part of a collaborative, supportive & social environment. We’re looking for: Individuals who have exposure to Award classifications, Fair Work Act & NES or Enterprise Agreements. Individuals who have the ability to communicate clearly with a focus on commercial and easy to understand advice. The ability to guide clients through complex workplace relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary processes, grievances, award interpretation, and legislative compliance.
